Absolutely amazing service from driving in to driving out. Our sales rep Jack was fantastic. They go above and beyond to help with anything you need and they don’t just push you out with a car when you buy a car they do a full check all over and do any repairs needed so the car is perfect before you drive away. They also help with future service plans and warranties. Will definitely return when we get a new car. Highly recommend.

Drove me happy twice now. I honestly wouldnt use another garage. Jacob in particular is brilliant. I was very happy with my series 5 5 years ago and even happier with my series 6 I picked up today. Nothing too much trouble, nothing was too much to ask. 10000% best garage. Ps Jacob needs a raise! 😂🤩 But really it’s the little things that matter and this garage takes care of it all. Stopped in before as a washer fluid reservoir blocked, sorted no charge. Key fob battery died, sorted no charge. Called up and booked services, mots and all sorted and driven away with a truck looking brand new. 🥰
I have had the misfortune of having to take my car into Celtic Autos due to issues with the vehicle but I have to say my experience with both reception Staff and service staff at Celtic Autos has been exceptional. A very big thanks to all those who have helped with a speedy response to get my car back on the road.
I contacted Celtic Auto about a car I had seen on AutoTrader. From the outset, I felt that this was a company that wasn't pushy with sales and genuinely wanted to help customers find the right car. Dealing with two members of the sales team was a very pleasant experience. Driving down from Scotland felt worthwhile, and the team were just as lovely in person as I had expected. The Mitsubishi Outlander I purchased certainly didn't disappoint either. The 10-hour drive back home gave me plenty of time to put the vehicle through its paces, and it performed brilliantly throughout. All I can say is that buying a car from Celtic Auto was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I would highly recommend these guys and would happily return to them in the future should we need another car.

Decided to purchase our first Electric car, and after doing some searching, we visited Celtic Autos to view a Niro. We were looked after by Jack, and he was very professional, friendly and not at all pushy like some other car salespersons. Ending up going back the next day for a test drive, and agreed to purchase the Niro. The overall experience was great, and would highly recommend them as a small family run business. Their attention to detail was great.
